Are you open 7 days a week?
While the website is accessible 7 days a week, we do not transact any business on the Sabbath (Friday night through Saturday night) nor on Jewish Holidays. If an order is placed during these times, we will fulfill the order on the next business day.
What are the payment options?
As all our items are made to order, payment is due upon receipt. For web orders we accept major credit cards. For orders placed via phone, email and in-person, credits cards, checks, cash, Venmo and Zelle are all happily accepted.
Can you suggest a gift for a special occasion?
You've come to the right place! We are known for finding just the right items for the occasion and budget. Please use our "Need Help?" page to begin the conversation and we will create just what you are looking for.
Can I order gifts for many people at one time?
Of course! Please use the Contact form to reach out to us as we have been providing corporate and large family gift solutions for years. Whether you need to send Holiday gifts to your customer base of several hundred or a hand ful of Mishloach Manot to scattered family members, we can help.
I need a gift for someone with an allergy, can you help?
Out store sells many varieties of candies, chocolates, nuts and dried fruit. If you need a gift for someone that will have a reaction to exposure to any of these items, best that you not purchase from us. While we can create a delish array of treats without actual nuts, better safe than sorry.
Do you deliver?
For a small fee, we will deliver your gift to a West Hempstead recipient. If you are sending a gift out of town, we ship anywhere in the continental US via UPS, Shipping and Handling fees apply.
